UnitCalc is built by Calcady, a company focused on building fast, accurate calculation and conversion tools for professionals and everyday use. We wanted a unit converter that loads instantly, works on any device, and gets straight to the answer. Every conversion page on UnitCalc is a lightweight static page — no heavy frameworks, no server-side processing, no waiting. Type a number, get your result.

Accuracy
All conversion factors are based on internationally recognized standards. Length conversions use the 1959 International Yard and Pound Agreement definitions. Temperature conversions use the exact Celsius-Fahrenheit-Kelvin formulas. Volume and weight factors are sourced from NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) reference data.
How It Works
Every conversion on UnitCalc happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript — no data is sent to a server. Just type a number and the result appears instantly. You can type in either field and the conversion works both ways. Hit the swap button to reverse the units.
